• Successfully managed project team on significant enhancement to Met Police crime reporting system, meeting customer’s requirement for completion within strict budgetary timescale.
• Managed requirements capture, design, and implementation of new configuration mgmt, release mgmt and defect tracking processes leading to increased efficiency, quality and auditing facilities.
• Successfully planned and managed tech refresh of 500+ laptops across 200+ sites with minimal user inconvenience.
• Created and managed a project at short notice for critical military requirement for laptop encryption and secure data storage.
• Analysed and renegotiated licensing agreements for several system production tools, saving more than £100K per year.
