Dave Shockley’s Summary
I have been certified as Relocation Specialists with an emphasis on military and government employees.
In keeping with the current climate I was one of the 1st Realtors to obtain the E-PRO (Internet Professionally Certified Realtor) and RECS (Member of the Real Estate Cyberspace Society). I have been certified as Relocation Specialists. With new construction and new developments as one of my top interests I am also a member of the REAL ESTATE III NEW HOMES DIVISION. (I have also obtained the Nationally recognized Real Estate Certification in New Construction, CNHS). I provide information to the public regarding builders and new construction in general, and then information to the builders as to what the public want in new homes etc. This makes the process of home building less stressful to both the builder and the public.
My current position as supervising broker keeps me busy helping our agents reach their potential. One on one coaching and educational classes is just part of my responsibilities.
