March 2008 — Present (8 months)
Responsible for development and ongoing production support for Hyperion applications at Williams Energy in Tulsa. Williams is upgrading their Hyperion environment from Essbase 6.5 / Planning 3.5 to Hyperion System 9. This upgrade also includes a deployment of Hyperion EPMA (Enterprise Performance Management Architect).
According to Oracle's Product Assurance group, I led my team in the first successful "mixed release" upgrade -- the first of any of Oracle's customers -- involving Hyperion versions 9.3 and 11.1. Feedback Oracle obtained from me regarding this exercise will be applied in future product patches.
Our upgrade project is expected to "go live" in May 2009. I will not likely be receptive to other job opportunities until the project is further along.
I am currently a subcontractor for this position.
