Dave Restuccia’s Summary

Broadly... I help people to communicate. Clients hire me to look at a product, a process or an existing piece of communication; and to devise a way to present that thing clearly and succinctly to large or small audiences.

Specifically... That might mean producing a video that shows off the features and the fun of a newly designed bicycle at a trade show. Or, it might mean reviewing and revamping a foundation's website to make it easy to navigate and accessible to its audience. Or, it might mean interviewing and photographing Midwestern chicken farmers for a billboard advertising campaign.

Though all of my work is visual and most of it involves video or still photography, I'm more concerned about communication that works well than about the medium used. In addition to video and photography, my work includes web design and implementation, print design and production, and corporate meeting production and management.

My clients cover the gamut -- small non-profit organizations with tiny budgets, as well as large multi-nationals with huge budgets. I enjoy working at either end of the spectrum; and I plan and scale appropriately to give clients what they need at a reasonable cost.

The way I work is highly process-oriented, and I'm good at setting and keeping to production schedules and project goals.

And I'm a big believer in clear and frequent communication with everyone involved in a project -- clients, artists, technicians -- from start to finish.
