I started with GYBC as an Analyst Programmer, initially working on COBOL systems. After a few months took charge of managing the client server applications.
Approximately two years ago I moved into a Business Analyst role, working on feasibility studies, pre-project requirements development and IT technical consultancy.
Since January2008 I have been acting IT Development Manager. Responsible for Business Support and Web Development.

Progressed to being in charge of technical operations managing a small team delivering computer solutions to customers, mainly in Norfolk and Suffolk.
