I am a creative professional who specializes in software and product interface design, and pure information design projects (like forms, manuals, websites, and advertisements).
Sadly, few organizations are able to balance the collective needs of their business, their technical resources, and their users/audience. This often results in the successful creation of products that fail at their intended goals or are not as successful as they could be.
My mission is to elevate the perspective of the users/audience in the design process. Simply put, I advocate designing solutions around the users' needs, and iteratively testing designs with users before a product is finally built.
The results of this approach are crystal-clear requirements for winning designs. The users and audience get what they asked for, and the IT and design geniuses get to focus on what they love to do: building great solutions for well-defined problems.
