Dave Karow’s Summary

After 18 years managing projects and products in the computer software industry, I retired from the "Tech" business and transitioned into a career providing my peers with highly responsive mortgage finance advice and services. The right decisions can be worth $100,000's to you over time.

As of November, 2008, I have been called back from retirement :-). I'm once again a Sr. Product Manager blending technical aptitude and communication skills to advance the features and adoption of software and services. Keynote Systems is a SAAS (Software As A Service) provider of web performance & testing services.

My lending business now shifts to a evenings and weekends side business for friends, family and those who have been referred to me by past clients.

Dave Karow’s Specialties:

The success of my business is based on lasting relationships, professionalism and trust, not a series of hit and run sales. Whether you have found your "dream house" and are eager to lock in financing immediately, are concerned about pending rate increases in your ARM, or you are just evaluating your options and may not need a new loan for years, I'm available to discuss your needs.
