The company was founded in 1994 as Everything Automotive, part of the Carlink Network as the portal to everything automotive online. Having developed a network of over 7,000 dealership clients, Everything Automotive evolved into AuctionAuto.com, which enabled the first vehicle transaction online in 1998.
In early 1999, Mr. Hein sold AuctionAuto.com in the attempt to continue to grow the company and it's services in the struggling Internet automotive marketplace.
