CRM3 development (£1m+) for a major international property company. David was initially assigned to run one or the four work streams. As members of the team moved on to other projects David took technical oversight of all four work streams as the most senior developer. David directly managed 4 developers in the Banaglore office and upto 4 developers in the London office.

Asp.net / C# Application: David project managed, designed and delivered the web application that allowed staff being managed by Manpower Software's core application (MAPS) to view rosters, request shifts / time off and update their details in the MAPS application. This application is part of Manpower Software's suite of products which are used by a large number of large organisations, including 138 NHS trusts.
