My personal mission in life is to live in intimate relationship with God that is real and personal and to cultivate that relationship on a daily basis through prayer and feeding on God’s Word. I choose to value my relationship with God and my relationship with my wife and family above my ministry for God!

I don’t want to ever stop learning and growing as a leader and an equipper of God’s people. I value the influence of godly men to mentor me and shape me to be the man God has called me to be.

I live to empower God’s people to accomplish their individual destiny – reproducing themselves in others, resulting in godly families and healthy groups that produce healthy, reproducing churches.

I am a missionalist. I have aligned my life with the redemptive mission of Jesus! To me, every believer is a missionary. The Church is missionary. We are God's missionary people.

I see myself discipling, training and multiplying leaders and mentors to incredibly impact and influence the kingdom of God for this generation and the generation to come! I long to be discipling, training and multiplying national church leaders and coaches to assist the entire Body of Christ to multiply churches!
