Archie is a very strong technical manager as well as a team builder. He has managed teams of 15+ and multi-million budgets. He's also managed very small teams in lean start-up environments and he remains very hands on, building servers and scalable systems. He's a big advocate of Linux and the Open Source movement with specific experience using Drupal and Joomla, Open Source Content Management Systems, and he participated in a Department of Homeland Security “Red Cell” as an expert in Computer and Internet security.
He's worked with some big brands like American Express, Diageo, Nautica, Elizabeth Arden and Giorgio Armani, Island Records and Universal Music Group and the Guggenheim Museum on their websites and he brings a pragmatic approach to branding and communication on the web.
One of his biggest stregths is his ability to articulate technology challenges, as it relates to a business, in a fashion that is both compelling and accessible to both internal and external clients. He's a very strong communicator and the kind of person you would like to have a beer with.
