I have over five years of experience in computer support and network services. I graduated from Michigan State University with a Bachelor of Science in Media and Communication Technologies while concentrating on Information Communication Technologies; I also have a specialization in IT Management. I’m currently working at Hewlett Packard as part of the General Motors Global Service Desk team. I also do freelance web design, computer repair, network implementation and support for various small businesses.

• Coordinated a team of technicians to maintain 900 plus Dell computers and 100 plus networked HP printers. Primarily worked in a Microsoft Windows environment and used Novell ZENworks for computer imaging and software management.
