I have had experience in business management and leadership at a national level, business coaching, leadership coaching, professional and personal development coaching of Individuals and Teams. I had 9 years experience as a Financial Planner from 1992 - 2001 specialising in retirement and investment planning with a focus on direct market investments. In 2001, I launched and developed as Managing Director and major shareholder, the Financial Planning Group, Financial Planning Services Australia. FPSA ultimately grew to over 30 offices, managed over $1.5 billion dollars of clients investments and ranked in the top 50 largest financial planning companies in Australia. I sold my interest in FPSA in March 2008 to platform provider Netwealth. I accepted a role with Equiti Financial Services Pty Ltd in Sydney as Head of Advisory Services to assist them to expand their Financial Advisory business nationally, as well as to develop and implement financial products and services for their retail and wholesale clients.

Soldier

Served with The Australian Army with the 3rd Battalion Paratroopers at Holsworthy Sydney from 1986 - 1990, and then served with Army Logistics (RAAOC) from 1990 -1992 before applying for discharge. Left the Army after injury in The Paratroopes to persue a career as a Financial Planner.
Serving with the Australian Army, especially with the Paratroopers, developed my leadership and team building skills. It also instilled as part of my character, a winning attitude to never give up no matter how hard or adverse the situation.
