Currently, I am functioning as a vision caster and change agent in helping to build a missional community in Metro Detroit. I am focusing much of my energy in the development of youth and various other aspects of the ministry. I am the primary teacher for Refuge Student Ministries.
In the past I have been a campus minister focused on the development of leaders, leadership teams, large and small group movement building. The development of campus wide marketing and branding for local movements. Strong communication skills with an emphasis on public speaking.

I give leadership to the ministries that relate to students and families. Specifically, I am leading the Refuge Student Ministry team and will providing leadership in various other arenas at Grace Chapel.

I am currently helping to provide leadership to the Metro Detroit campus team on an interim basis. This involves shepherding a team of five staff with my co-director. I am particularly using the roles of vision caster, spokesperson, change agent, and direction setter.
I am also responsible for the campuses Lawrence Technological University and University of Detroit-Mercy. My goal on each campus is to develop a movement of believers who are trusting God for a relevant community of students inviting students to experience Jesus.
The other part of my role is the pursuit of a Master of Divinity degree from Michigan Theological Seminary. This degree aids in my ability to take students to greater depth and understanding of their relationship with Jesus Christ.

Crossroads: Indy Innovation is a summer internship program with Campus Crusade for Christ. The internship is located in Indianapolis at the Great Lakes Regional Office. The internship is designed to help students develop spiritually and professionally in the areas of finance, programming, web design, graphic design, marketing, video, and journalism.
My role is to shepherd the students and staff spiritually. I am also responsible to create an environment where creativity can be maximized and understood as a spiritual gift.

While in this role I led a team of Campus Crusade for Christ staff members. I was responsible for their growth, training, and leadership development. I also developed funds for our local ministry needs in Central Illinois. The scope entrusted to our team was approximately 120,000 students on 32 campuses. The key schools in this region are Illinois State University, Bradley University, Western Illinois University, and Eastern Illinois University. I left this role to pursue seminary education in Detroit, MI.

I developed a personal ministry among the students at Illinois State University. I was responsible for the movement building in Watterson Towers and South Quad (Atkin, Colby, Hamilton, and Whitten).
