Assistant Language Teacher
Japan
My professional experience runs the gamet from financial analyst to caddy to sales for Costco.
I am currently teaching English in Japan. In addition to finding constructive ways of communicating the textbook material, I use a variety of methods to sell my students on English, including games, technology, role playing, and others.
My goal for this position is to make my students improve in English every day and like it enough that they study outside of school and once their formal education is over.
My hobby or unpaid second job which consumes most of my non-teaching time freelance writing. I write because I have to, I love to and I feel I help elevate the discussion of whatever I am critiquing. My writing goals are not based around money. I have been paid to write before, but all I want now is to have more people read my work without sacrificing quality.
