Co-founder of OneCredit -developed an innovative system based on Web services and Windows browser helper technology. The system enabled credit card issuing banks to communicate directly with customers at the point of sale and impact the outcome of a transaction. I made investor presentations, designed the system architecture, ran the software development team and built financial and strategic plans working closely with the board who included industry leaders from Tibco, Visa, CSFB and Citi. For the Feb 2001 product launch; I worked actively with our NYC based marketing team and prepared and delivered presentations to most of the top 25 credit card issuers in the United States.
