I have been in the real estate industry since 1985. I started in leasing commercial office space. Later went to work for NVHomes selling new homes in the northern Virginia market. Winchester Homes hired me a few years later and put me to work in Spotsylvania County selling homes. I was awarded Salesperson of the Year by the Fredericksburg Area Builders Association in 1988 and in 1998 awarded New Homes Sales Manager of the Year. I am the first Vice President of Fredericksburg Area Builders Association (FABA). In 1993, my husband and I started Charleston Company Homebuilders. The Fredericksburg area has been home for me since 1988. In 2003 I began working for Coldwell Banker Elite Real Estate and am still there today. Now home is in King George County where lots of outdoor activities such as boating, running and traveling keep me busy.
