I have worked in the recruitment industry for 10 years, 5 of those in the online sector running Broadbean Technology which is now the 7th fastest growing technology firm in the UK. Broadbean is my passion and my hobby. I absolutely love coming to work and share an office with 60 talented people I genuinely like spending time with.

In October 2008 we sold the business to Daily Mail and General Trust plc, a £2bn UK based media company. Both myself and my business partner, Kelly Robinson, have stayed with the company.

Broadbean is the #1 online job advert distributor in Europe, processing over 1.5million adverts and 2million candidate applications every month. We have offices in London, Amsterdam and LA.

I am also the founder of The Two Hour Initiative, a social enterprise created to help promote business in schools. I sit on the board of Young Enterprise East London and the Advisory Committee of The Aldridge Foundation.

In November 2007 I was named CBI/Real Business Magazine Young Entrepreneur of the Year by an independent panel of judges, consisting many of the top names in UK business and have recently been voted into the Growing Business Magazine Young Guns Class of 2008 (top 30 entrepreneurs under the age of 35).

I am a regular public speaker and have appeared at The Entrepreneurs Summit, The HR Software Show (CIPD), The Recruitment Conference, several Onrec events and the Peaktime conference in Riga.

  Broadbean has achieved growth in excess of 1300% (Deloitte Fast 50) over 5 years and employs 60 dedicated, happy, passionate Beaners.
  
  We have the fastest growing job board network in Europe and by are currently adding c70 new job boards to the network every month.
  
  In October 2008 we were acquired by Daily Mail and General Trust.
