At age 20, Dan founded Advancement Associates, a consulting and training firm based in Dallas, Texas. As leading speaker and trainer, clients included major healthcare organizations and school districs. During this time he was a regular guest lecturer facilitating post-graduate training, and was a featured presenter at numerous industry conferences.

Dan graduated with honors from the University of Texas at Dallas, and lives with his wife and two children in Atlanta, GA.
