After gaining experience working for years with the games market. It was a natural evolution to join Atrativa Latin America, a subsidiary of Real Networks.
I was hired as a business development manager, again the focus is to make partnerships to increase the size of Atrativa's distribution network. Offering our games through partner sites on a syndication business model.

When the Citi Group became the controller of Brasil Telecom and announced a merger of Brasil Telecom's ISPs. I joined iG, the main brand of the new internet group.
The challenge was to unify the games division of the 3 former ISPs.
With Marcelo Minutti, my boss at the time, we launched:
- a hardcore games site: Arena Turbo - www.arenaturbo.com.br
- a casual games site: Kzam! - www.kzam.com.br
- a MMO operation bringing the first international version of the Second Life.
- several partnerships to increase the audience of the iG's games' channels.

After the great experience that I had at Opportunity, at the time the controller of Brasil Telecom.
I joined Brasil Telecom as a business consultant for the Games and Interactive Entertainment.
During this time I worked close with Brasil Telecom's ISPs ( iG.com.br / ibest.com.br/ brturbo.com.br ). The main focus was to make partnerships with specific games' sites to bring their content to the ISP's portfolio.

Worked in partnership with Eduardo Gomes (Art Director) as a consultant for a project which involved a 3d virtual woman that would be used on BrasilTelecom's TV ads.
The job required research of the most advanced 3d techniques at that time as well as discover Brazilian and foreign companies able to deliver the job with a photo realistic quality.
