III Vines is a specialty real estate company who caters to clients who are currently in retail, restaurants, and lounges whom are looking for the right location within the tri-state metropolitan area of Washington, DC. We find the right space for each individual company or owner/operator, help negotiate the right terms on their lease or purchase agreement, and support them through all of the closing process. We then proceed to help build relationships in their new community and neighborhood!

As the Chief Sales and Marketing Officer I report directly to the owners of this family owned first ever super premium Latvian vodka. Through my creative leadership we have designed, produced, and established the successful branding of this new vodka in our very competitive "vodka" marketplace.
I develop the strategic planning for the successful placement and the sales of Surreal, paved the marketing avenues through our print ad campaigns, editorial ink, internet networking, and street buzz.
I secure and manage the local distribution and their sales team in each market across the US.
I manage the advertising and sponsorship inquiries and needs within our monthly budget with in our east coast territory including off premise and weekly in store tastings while showcasing our signature cocktails.
As a team we have accomplished hundreds of on-going special events and product placements. We are excited to share the colorful tastes of Surreal with our guests!
