Civil Litigation Attorney, Kotchen & Low LLP
Washington D.C. Metro Area
I represent individuals and corporations across the country in a variety of civil litigation disputes, provide counseling, and represent clients before state and federal government agencies. My current cases include antitrust, fraud, consumer protection, business tort, and breach of contract cases, including class actions.
My firm has developed a particular expertise and interest in legal issues in the consumer goods and retail industry. We have represented a number of clients in the industry, and my partner previously worked at a major consumer goods manufacturer. As a result of this interest, we created the Consumer Goods and Retail Industry Litigation Blog to keep stakeholders apprised of legal developments in the industry.
My firm aims to achieve the highest caliber legal representation, while providing several advantages over larger, more traditional firms, including the ability to offer clients more personalized attention, flexible and creative solutions, more efficient reperesentation, and specialized knowledge.
Before co-founding Kotchen & Low LLP, I was: a law clerk for Chief Judge Tacha of the United States Court of Appeals for the Tenth Circuit, a research attorney for the Supreme Court of Guam; a trial attorney with the United States Department of Justice; and an attorney at the law firm Boies, Schiller & Flexner LLP.
