Danielle began her career at Expeditors as an intern, and quickly discovered that her passion for customer service and efficient business processes made her an excellent fit with Expeditors culture. Within a year, she moved to the role of Business Process Analyst, where she advocated internally for software projects and process improvements. These initiatives saved the company approximately $3MM (in the first year), increased customer retention, and improved employee job satisfaction.
Reporting to the District Manager of the Seattle branch office as well at the VP of Global Business Processes at Expeditors' corporate headquarters, Danielle participated in the sales process calling on several Fortune 100 companies, and provided needs assessment for supply chains of high profile retailers, factories, and leading health device companies.
