My name is Danielle Lazier and I am an active, full-time Realtor in San Francisco.

I help my clients buy and sell property by providing honest consultation, direct & effective negotiation and organized & efficient transaction management.

My focus is on the City of San Francisco though I can recommend other great agents anywhere in the US if you need help outside of SF. Always work with a local expert!

I work with first time buyers and homeowners looking to trade-up, scale down or relocate.

As a local homeowner and investor, I assist other investors who want to benefit from the long-term equity growth of owning property in the City by the Bay where there always seems to be high demand and low supply. My investors (and myself, personally) have successful purchased, renovated and profited from fixer-uppers as well!

My practice is friendly, down-to-earth, and convenient. Many of my clients are busy professionals so I do what I can to make the process of buying or selling real estate easy on them.

For example, I use technologies that save time and energy, such as Docusign, a program that allows contract signatures through email. No printing and no fax!

Another example: go paperless! After the close of escrow, I'll send you an electronic version of your transaction so it's always easy to find that inspection report.
