Daniel Holter’s Summary
The Burst Collective is the corporate umbrella for all my related musical endeavors. I founded the company in 1996.
In 2007, I launched an online music licensing portal : BurstLabs.com
BurstLabs.com joined forces with Extreme Music and Sony/ATV Music Publishing in early 2008, and the catalog is now available through Extreme as the Mixtape Music Library.
A fairly successful commercial composer, I have literally thousands of cues currently being used by such varied clients as Microsoft, GM & Gatorade, and virtually all the top shows on HBO, ABC, NBC, Fox, etc.
I've also landed a few songwriting credits... co-wrote Emma Roberts first single, "I Wanna Be," for her Columbia Records debut... co-write "What It Was" appeared in Sex & The City : The Movie.
I also occasionally get to enjoy my favorite part of the music business... producing records for other artists.
