Now with over 13 years of experience in recruiting within the Accounting/Finance, Banking, and Information Technology communities, he brings a unique approach and understanding of the variables involved within the recruiting and placement process.

As the Director of Talent Strategy for Spherion, he works at the enterprise level supporting recruitment training both live and virtual. He is a Certified Personnel Consultant (CPC) and has served on the board of IMA (Institute of Management Accountants) for the past 5 years. He served as the Atlanta Chapter President in 2008 and 3 years prior to that as the Director of Education for the organization. As an active member of IMA, he received the W.J. Carter Trophy and the George E. Wilson Trophy for outstanding participation in achieving the goals of the IMA chapter for 2004 through 2006.

Daniel’s continued community involvement includes keynote speaking engagements and networking events with organizations such as GAPS (Georgia Association of Personnel Services) and the IMA on critical topics that include What is Your Plan B, Networking in Today’s Web 2.0 Revolution and Building Resumes That Will Open Doors.

Daniel, his wife Ginny and two children Katie and Austin live in East Cobb and attend First Baptist Church Woodstock where Daniel teaches Sunday school.
