As Warehouse Manager I oversee shipping and receiving, inventory management, customer service, and other operations for the Marbles' online store and warehouse. In addition to fulfilling eCommerce orders, our warehouse delivers stock and supplies to our local retail stores, ships product nationally, handles drop-shipping for the company, and helps prepare materials for our newly opening locations.

Along with hiring and training the warehouse team, I focus on ensuring all our processing are running smoothly and implementing new systems to decrease mistakes, increase efficiency, and promote cost saving. As Marbles quickly grows from a small start-up into a nationally recognized brand, I also work on forecasting our needs and planning for our future operations.

I've also enjoyed getting involved with other parts of company operations, like content development, online marketing, product development, and human resources projects. I love seeing how everything comes together.
