"Analisi delle prestazioni del canale 1090
MHz per applicazioni di sorveglianza ADS-B e TIS-B"

"Performance analysis of the 1090 MHz RF channel for ADS-B and TIS-B sourveillance systems"

I used MATLAB and the Genetic Algorithms in order to place TIS-B (Traffic Information Service - Broadcast) Antennas within the airport area, evaluating the overlapping of RF ranges and the overloading of information on the 1090 MHz Channel
This has been done according to the expected increase of airborn and vehicular traffic on the airport area.
