As a course director for the Internet Marketing Masters Degree at Full Sail University, Dan is helping students learn more about marketing in the evolving online world. Focusing on design and usability, Dan brings his long and varied experience with marketing and web management to the online classroom to aid students with their website projects and marketing initiatives. Dan is an experienced webmaster with a long history of professional and freelance work in various industries. Most recently, Dan served as Webmaster for Trendsmedia, the Events and Publishing division of Yankee Group Research. In this role, he managed the worldwide event and newsletter websites that provide information for thousands of subscribers and hundreds of sponsors. Previously, Dan managed the the corporate and event websites for CERA (Cambridge Energy Research Associates).
Dan's background in video production and entertainment stretches back over a decade, from amateur video and music production to independent film. Today, Dan hones his skills as a podcaster and voice over artist. His long-running podcast, Baby Time, is heard by parents around the world, and Dan's vocal work has been used in promotions for HBO and Sony Pictures.

"Baby Time" is a podcast hosted by Dan and his wife Kerry chronicling their adventures as new parents and the struggles of raising a newborn. Along with C.C. Chapman, Dan co-founded Random Foo with the purpose of creating low-budget independent video productions. Over the years, the group collaborated with many other members and groups, producing and releasing over 75 short projects. The group has been honored for its work multiple times at film festivals and by their peers.
Dan has served in every imaginable role an indie film production would have: director, writer, producer, actor, composer, editor, and so on. He is also the webmaster for the group's website and has produced many written pieces of the activities of the group, designed marketing materials and movie posters, and organized entire film festivals showcasing the group's work.
