I have been working in web design since the beginning of the 1990s, building my first professional site for a Border TV (UK ITV regional broadcaster) programme in 1995.
Since then my portfolio of sites has grown to include award winning sites such as www.GigPics.co.uk and www.BabelSheep.com which has attracted interest from the BBC and the press.
In addition to HTML and JavaScript, the design and build is generally PHP based these days, although many sites were originally written in Perl. Database functionality is with MySQL. I also have some experience in ASP and MSSQL Server applications.
The many GonMad / No Original Thought sites I have designed and built can be accessed via www.GonMad.co.uk and www.NoOriginalThought.com
