Leadership Development Manager - Americas North at P&H Mining Equipment
Greater Milwaukee Area
My focus lies in the attainment of the knowledge and development skills needed to balance human performance in the workplace.
As a Master of Human Relations in Organizational Leadership and a Senior Leadership Instructor, I consider Leadership Development, Organizational Design & Development, and Employee Selection & Retention as the essentials to efficient work environments.
As we enter into a decade where the workforce is aging & retiring, navigating corporate politics and selecting, motivating & retaining quality people in any organization has become increasingly difficult.
With 7 years as a commissioned officer in the United States Army, real and practical leadership experience, and endless opportunities to apply my Masters of Human Relations, one of my goals has been to find a way to give back and help people and businesses who truly understand and see the importance of leadership.
