Conceived and completed agreement between Hotjobs, Yahoo and 7 newspaper/media companies for recruitment and local advertising partnership. Had a lot of fun working with the smart team at Hotjobs.
1999-2002: Knight Ridder VP - pulled together all of newspaper company's websites into one subsidiary, Knight Ridder Digital, as CEO of KRD. Led acquisition for company of CareerBuilder.com; one of 3 CareerBuilder Board Members. Member of Board of Classified Ventures with major newspaper companies (cars.com, apartments.com). Grew Real Cities Network.
1995-1998: SBC/Pacific Telesis - launched AtHand.com. Took over at CEO and re-branded as SMARTpages.com (now branded yellowpages.com). Partnered with almost all RBOCS for distribution.
