Prior to GuaranteedRate, Dan was VP of Product for GPShopper, which enables retailers with native & responsive mobile commerce applications. He was also a Sr Product Manager for the Online Business Unit of Sears Holdings, in this role, he was responsible for the road map and growth of the Customer Profile across all Sears web properties. Dan has also lead product development in SnagaJob.com & ShopLocal.com. Working for America Online for over 7 years and joined Digital City in 1997 he was part of the beginnings of Local Online space. When Digital City was fully acquired by AOL he began to work with many other local online properties acquired by AOL including Mapquest, Moviefone, & Netscape. By the time Dan left AOL he was responsible for all publishing support for almost every web site owned by AOL, supporting AOL International, as well as the AOL welcome screen and channels.
