Currently responsible for developing ThoughtWorks customer experience and user centred design offerings and working with clients to define and develop digital strategies.
Previously Practice Lead for ThoughtWorks in Hong Kong; setting up the local office, developing and managing client relationships and producing and executing a local marketing strategy to build the brand in the region.
Over ten year’s experience of user centered design and customer experience consultancy.
Background in customer research, including ethnography, focus groups, analysis and synthesis of qualitative and quantitative results, and consumer segmentation.
Passion for innovation, using high energy facilitation, collaborative games and visualisation techniques to brainstorm and ideate.
Expert in strategic, programme and project definition and inception, focusing upon rapidly delivering business value.
Exposure to financial, retail, government and entertainment sectors with particular interest in multi-channel retail banking.
Strong analysis skills including requirements gathering, facilitation, stakeholder analysis, visual modeling (lo-fi prototyping), business process and operational analysis.
