Director of Research & Consulting - AnswerLab
San Francisco Bay Area
My career experience includes working as an internal consultant for the two largest real estate/home builders in the country, as well as an external consultant for a Big Four firm and (currently) a research consulting company serving Fortune 100 clients and start-ups.
So I have a thing for consumer research (i.e. studying you to figure out why your actions contradict your words) and my teammates know that I'm sucker for a juicy business case. I'm not shy around an income statement and I can wear-out a "Cntrl" button. I believe that good strategic planning requires the perfect balance of qualitative and quantitative insight, this is where I come in.
I'm not looking to change the world... just shake it up some. I like matching up people with opportunities and opportunities with people. I'm here to help - so let's talk.
Market Research: online survey design/administration, on-site observation & interviews, focus groups, one-on-one usability testing, web intercept studies, customer satisfaction surveys, customer experience evaluations, click stream analytics, ;

My unique position allowed me to focus on business development along with the traditional consulting activities (i.e. financial analysis, asset valuation, business/process strategy, etc.). I also happened to be one of a handful national associates focused on IP/royalty recovery as part of their FAS group.

1999 was a great time to learn about margin and options trading. Too bad our clients didn't learn to focus on the power of puts in the coming years.
