Dana Ross is the President of Pure Quality Enterprises, LLC, the parent company of divisions designed to educate, entertain and promote positive images of cultures through multimedia.
She is a Certified Licensed Master Trainer via the National Partnership for Community Leadership (NPCL) qualifying her to train and certify agencies, practitioners, organizations and individuals who desire to create programs and workshops for fathers and families. She also consults organizations who want to develop business models and programs for fatherhood, healthy marriage and fragile family issues and is the current Director of the Delaware Valley Fathers & Families Coalition.
Via her film and book, “Black Fatherhood: Reconnecting with Our Legacy,” Dana has researched and interviewed hundreds of men to bring forth an intriguing look at Black fathers from their time of enslavement to the present. The book has been added to several African American and Social Studies curriculums in colleges located in the US and abroad.
Her present film project documents her partnership with Small Expeditions, a non-profit organization which provides experiences for youth in Africa and the US. Together they assist in educating, nurturing and improving living conditions in orphanges for children in Ghana, Mali and the Congo.
Dana hosts a live internet radio talk show, “Our Families, Our Communities” which discusses issues and solutions in Black communities. Previously, Dana was a featured guest radio co-host on Thursdays on “The Breakdown” with on air personality Todd B of Heaven 1580AM (CBS Radio, Washington, D.C.). The show provided news, information and featured guests for fathers.
Currently Dana is producing and directing two reality series, “Real Dads” a reality show which previews the lives of fathers from various cultures and backgrounds and "Renacer" (Reborn), featuring Angel Ramirez, former Hollywood child star and multi-platinum recording artist.
