Currently, as a business systems specialist, I Consult with CEO’s and company executives to identify strategic gains for companies by refining or implementing business systems.
Stage I includes an audit and analysis of the current systems and procedures and recommendations for improvements. Stage II includes engaging staff to develop and implement improvements.
Consultancy services also include:
* Executive coaching services for managers, in particular how to manage staff and develop Key Performance Indicators (KPI’s) and Key Behaviour Indicators (KBI’s) for staff and how to conduct performance reviews.
* Creation of company Procedures Manuals and staff training in the new systems.
My strengths are in identifying opportunities for improvement and communicating these in such a way that the recommended changes can be easily managed.
My achievements include:
* As the Chief Operating Officer for Kip McGrath Education Centres Limited I was responsible for creating and streamlining internal systems and structures which enabled the organisation to list on the Australian Stock Exchange and grow from 250 franchises to over 600 worldwide.
* Purchased carpet cleaning business with husband and sold for 36% profit within 12 months
* Elected Inaugural President for Australian Tutoring Association (ATA) Inc.

Created and implemented systems and training programs which enabled the company to list on the stock exchange, netting the owners several million dollars and increasing the number of franchises around the world to 600. Founder and inaugural President of the Australian Tutoring Association (ATA) Inc.
