Gabrielle Lyn D’Alemberte is a practicing attorney in South Florida. She is a native Miamian and been practicing since 1996, when she graduated from the University Of Denver School Of Law. D’Alemberte’s practice has evolved over the years but at her current firm, the Law Offices of Robert L. Parks, PL, she practices in a small boutique trial firm which concentrates almost exclusively on airline disasters, wrongful death, class actions, resort litigation, contingency commercial litigation, products liability and a host of other kinds of personal injury and negligence cases.
D’Alemberte is dedicated to protecting individual rights, consumer protection and advancing the spirit of justice. Of grave concern to their firm is the dwindling access to Courts. With recent preemption, waiver laws, forum selection clauses and simple costs of litigation, the average person does not have the means to retain a lawyer which is why D’Alemberte’s practice is entirely contingency-based.
A member of the Florida Bar, Southern, Northern and Middle Districts of Florida United States District Courts, D’Alemberte trained as a Victim-Offender Mediator by the Restorative Justice Center in Tallahassee and served as a Certified County Court Mediator for which she was honored for her service. D’Alemberte received the Florida Supreme Court Pro Bono Award for her work with the Legal Aid Foundation of Tallahassee and was honored by the Junior League for her contributions as a SPAC advocate on domestic violence and child protection issues.
