- Platform for remote customer deployment management, reporting, and alarm notification. Consisted of multiple system tools and a Tomcat based web application.
- Java implementation of a socket based communications library for facilitating cross-language / cross-platform communication.
- C++ based ActiveX "click-to-call" component for making SIP calls using the Microsoft RTC API.
- JavaScript window/slide engine to assist in rapidly deploying new features and extending existing functionality.
- SOAP-XML based RPC engine in Java and a WSDL compliant API built on it.
