My name is Dah Hui Lau, everyone calls me David. I'm 28 years old.
What do I do for a living?
I have worked 3 years as a junior doctor and is currently looking for an investment analyst job to immerse in this field full time.
What is my passion?
My passion is in value investing. My dream is to be a great investment manager.

Everyone is put on this earth with a life purpose. Only by living and fulfilling one's life purpose does one lives the most meaningful and exciting life. As for me, I experience highest satisfaction when I am indulging in investing activity. I love poring over annual reports of various companies, following ground-breaking news of the companies, anticipating the companies' results and beating the S&P500 and FTSE100 benchmarks.
What is my long-term goal?
1. To be a great investment manager.
2. To give back to the community by sharing of investing knowledge and wisdom.

The purposes of my blog are:
1. Sharing interesting articles, ideas, wisdom, knowledge, philosophy, etc. with everyone who cares and interested in value investment. As Arpit Ranka ( http://arpitranka.blogspot.com/) rightfully said to me, "Knowledge grows through sharing".
2. Helping, and teaching small, individual investors to invest successfully, beating S&P500 index over the long-term.
3. Seeking like-minded people; Graham-Buffett investors, great thinkers and practitioners, financial alliances, friends, co-partners, clients, etc.
4. Solidify and improve my investing skills.
