I am a Certified High Maturity Lead Appraiser, SEI Partner, and am authorized to teach Introduction to CMMI, SCAMPI Appraisal Team Training and to conduct SCAMPI Appraisals as well. I have international experience and am familiar with the needs of both large and small organizations. Other Process Improvement initiatives I support include: ITIL, COBIT, Six Sigma, Agile, etc.
