* Rebuilt a poorly-performing organization into one that is highly efficient and responsive, through staff, process, and organizational design improvements.
* Implemented Lotus Notes enterprise-wide, with project to convert 850 users from existing mail systems.
* Installed major infrastructure systems, including network backbone in four offices, SAN arrays, enterprise virus protection, firewalls and VPN functionality, and centralized backup.
* Rapidly implemented single worldwide instances of IS Helpdesk, HR and SFA systems, with complex security and workflow capabilities.
* Automated many aspects of the IS function, to provide proactive support. Areas include user account management, asset management, and network and server monitoring.
* Designed new asset refresh plan for PCs and Unix workstations. Negotiated a lease agreement with Dell with a negative stream rate.

* Rebuilt corporate website to be an extension of the CRM package to the web, including multi-lingual and e-commerce capabilities.
* Rebuilt corporate intranet to provide an employee portal. New site provides integration to helpdesk, HR and Financial systems, on-line directories, and search capability.
* Managed projects to find and fit-up additional office space for corporate headquarters and a new division in the company. Efforts included architectural designs, demolition, rough-in, office furnishings, networks, and moves.
