Having lived in the Eastside and worked in the greater Seattle area for over 40 years, she has been serving residents with their real estate needs for 35+ years, initially as their lender and now as their Realtor. As a lender, she was one of the original underwriters endorsed by HUD to review & underwrite their appraisals & loans. That lending experience gives her the edge on hedging possible lending restrictions on properties.

Specializing in the short sale process, she has assisted home owners through their pre-foreclosure process by helping them market the home to get the maximum price and minimize their deficiency and liability exposure to the lender. Drawing from her forensic underwriting experience, she assists homeowners get out from under the burden of a mortgage loan that they didn't understand and couldn't handle. Her understanding of the whole mortgage business became very valuable and in assisting clients negotiate with their lienholder prior to any designations or special training was popular.

Her love for working with people and helping them fulfill a need is her number one priority. Homeownership should be a dream and not a nightmare. It was so rewarding to see homeowners respond so well to a situation in their life and assisting them preserve their credit and be able to re-purchase a home in the future became a driving force. This is where she is today, being a short sale specialist is fulfilling a passion of hers which is to help homeowners in distressed situations come into a better situation.
