Senior Information Architect

AIG Corporate eBusiness

Originally hired as a consultant to assist with information architecture and usability testing, the engagement was extended well into the following year. e.magination is a Baltimore-based web development firm with clients primarily in the mid-Altanltic region. During my years there, I started the company's information architecture and usability practice, working alone with the support of contractors for many years. I successfully applied my information architecture process to major projects including a redesign of the National Education Association's web site, a teacher portal managed by Maryland Public Television and JHU called Thinkport, and a redesign of AIG.com among many other projects. I was mentored by Lou Rosenfeld and active in the information architecture professional community.
