Also built a construction team and managed design plus remodeling|reconstruction of two Condos in Panama City.

Japan to Panama Ngobe-Bugle Charity Project

August 2002 — December 2004 (2 years 5 months)

Founded a charity project which ran for two years in Japan. Collection and organization of used clothing, school supplies and toys destined for Ngobe Bugle indigenous people in the mountains of Chiriqui, Panama.

Donations from families of the Fukuoka International School were collected, organized and packed for shipping by a group of volunteers from the school. Designed printed publicity, organized fund raising, and developed PR campaign. Created a system of inventory for customs use in Panama.

Negotiated with airlines for shipping at no charge from Japan to Panama, in exchange for PR events organized with celebrities, covered by Japanese newspapers, and television.

Arranged customs clearance and distribution to the families through a Panamanian group in Chiriqui.

Project ended when Cynthia moved from Japan to Panama.
