I took this position after completing my rotations in the EiT program. As a specialist in the bodyweld unit group, I'll be responsible for not only designing the specifications for any new pieces of equipment that we bring into the plants across North America, whether as a replacement for an existing machine or for a brand new line, but also for the installation and trialing of the equipment before handing it over to the plants. [Unit BW is responsible for arc-welded components, such as suspension components, fuel tank, etc.]
Currently, I am setting up the construction plan for the installation of the front suspension machines at the Indiana plant.
