I coach and consult aspiring managers, senior managers, executives, and small business owners. The common denominator with all of my clients is a desire to achieve a new level of effectiveness.
I provide provide guidance in four critical area of success:
Leadership – leading effectively makes the difference in any organization and is a critical factor in determining how an organization will look, feel, and perform. Coaching leaders to becoming more effective and successful both professionally and personally has positively affected entire organizations.
Interpersonal Skills – the ability to work together in order to maximize customer value is critical. Coaching key players in executing team, departmental, or divisional plans to achieve maximum results through participation, contribution, and teamwork.
Communication – engaging in listening, speaking, and writing in a manner which demonstrates respect and a sense of connection such that ideas, innovations, and even competing points of view are heard and acted upon. Coaching leaders, executives, and business owners through change management, organizational alignment, and process re-engineering based on optimizing two-way communication.
Leveraging Strengths – identifying what works, what doesn’t, and a plan to leverage one’s strengths while closing performance gaps can accelerate the success enjoyed by any size company. Working with executives & business owners where this influence over success and failure is magnified.
