A Little About My Experience:
Having had the entrepreneurial spirit since I was 10, I acquired my first paper route. I quickly learned that be being service oriented and making sure my customers were taken care of, made all the difference in my success in sales. Over the years I have nurtured my “helpful” personality and have made customer service a key part of my sales campaign in any item or service I sold. My rather colorful resume includes being a sales rep for personal spa services, singles dating services and refrigerator magnets!
I have been a licensed Real Estate Agent since 1998 and have spent the last 12 years in Advertising and Mortgage Consulting. These traits serve me well because I know how to market homes and make sure deals close!
Simply, I believe that if you provide outstanding service, know your product and do what you say you will, then the sales and happy clients will follow.
Helping First Time Home Buyers is one of the most rewarding things I do! With increased rents, lower home prices and reasonable rates, it is getting much easier to make that dream a reality! Everyone deserves and CAN have a nice place to live. Lately, people are surprised when I tell them what their money will get them and with a little creativity, even people that thought they had "missed the boat" in the last upswing are now feeling they can be home owners after all!
