My primary mission in serving my customers is simple: Exceed their expectations and deliver results that help improve their business and bolster their reputation.

Process Improvement engagements - from discovery to control measures to maintain improvements
Project & Program Management of mission critical initiatives where business goals and drivers were the primary objective (in lieu of technology refresh for functionality); Network, infrastructure, application delivery, application development and telephony projects are the high level project types I have led.
The mix of depth and breadth of engagements and skills provides my customers with an unique perspective and vast amounts of knowledge regarding what works and what does not.
Project execution is driven by the ability to save money or make money; the blend of Improvement/BPR methods and PM structure can generate significant benefits to companies. I have saved well over $25MM in hard dollar saves over the years, $220MM in soft dollar. Each unimproved process can yield as much as 80% wasted time in the effort; that time equals money and I have reduced cycle time in a variety of processes and organizations.
