Career within new media / interactive media / RIA industry started in 1993. In the early days developing educational games in MacroMind Director for distribution on CD-ROM.

Experienced a range of small company and large corporate environments, London based since 1995.

After stints of technical management and later 'interactive studio' management, returned to hands-on technical lead roles in 2000. First working on web application development with special attention to accessibility compliance and proper use of CSS. Since 2003 concentrating more on front-end programming with Flash and later Flex and AIR.

While core skills are technical, I take a keen interest in User-Interface development and keeping applications 'usable'.
